Our TCM model is designed for early intervention and seamless integration, leveraging technology and clinical expertise to drive down claim duration and cost.

We utilize our proprietary Advanced Technology to look for ways to assist a claim earlier. This early nurse case management intervention is key to decreasing claims cost and duration, as data shows that intervening sooner leads to better outcomes.

All of our TCMs are Registered Nurses who are also certified case managers (or working toward certification within two years). This clinical expertise allows them to read medical guidelines and reports, determining what should happen next in the patient's care with professional judgment and an outcome-driven focus.

Our TCMs provide comprehensive medical and disability case management on each file, advocating for the injured worker to provide quality care and assisting in their return to functional capacity.

As an integral part of Berkley Medical Management Solutions, our TCMs are an extension of our Berkley businesses. We have access to the same internal systems, including our proprietary software CASE-e, which heightens collaboration and increases accessibility for faster claim movement. Our shared goal, reducing cost and claim duration, aids us in always working toward the same positive endgame.
